\Job Description
\We are seeking an experienced French-speaking customer support representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive experience for every client.

- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to French-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.\
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.\
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our web services to offer accurate guidance and troubleshooting support to customers.\
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, and support them with all web service-related inquiries.\
- Technical Assistance: Offer basic technical support to customers, helping them navigate our digital platforms (training will be provided).\
- Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve the customer experience.\
- Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help enhance services and products.\
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.\
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively.\
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently in a remote setting, staying focused and organized.\
- B2 English Proficiency: Good command of English for internal communication and documentation.\
- Fluent in French: Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written French.\
- Requirements: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not a required. EU ID, Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued later than March 2022), or Residence Card accepted documents.\
- Relocation: No relocation support will be provided. International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.\
