We are seeking a talented Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Athens, Greece. As an on-site position, we offer a comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving from abroad, covering flight tickets to Athens and accommodation expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective responses to customer inquiries across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Provide accurate assistance to resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating genuine care and understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback and trends, providing insights to improve our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through personalized support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Athens and collaborate with a multicultural team.
