We're seeking a motivated Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Danish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: You'll serve as a welcoming and informative contact for our Danish-speaking customers, addressing their questions and guiding them with our products.

  • Feedback & Record Keeping: After each customer interaction, you'll document the details and any feedback received, your attention to detail helps us continually enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Danish Proficiency: You are fluent in Danish, both spoken and written, and have a solid command of English, clear communication is crucial.
  • Customer-Centric: You have a natural talent for connecting with customers and a genuine desire to assist them, patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key traits.
