About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Danish-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Greece. Key Responsibilities:

  • Subscriber Support: Provide remote assistance to Danish-speaking subscribers, addressing inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and resolving streaming-related concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize your fluent Danish skills to communicate effectively with subscribers, ensuring they have a positive and engaging experience with our streaming services.
  • Issue Resolution: Showcase your problem-solving skills by promptly addressing and resolving subscriber concerns, with the ultimate goal of enhancing overall satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our streaming platform and diverse content offerings, enabling you to provide accurate and valuable information to subscribers.
