We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Cross Border Talents.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing product information, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver targeted solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to create targeted outreach materials for high-value prospects in collaboration with the sales team.
- Initiate contact with potential customers through warm lead calling and responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities and move them through the sales funnel, connecting them to the appropriate sales personnel and arranging meetings.
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business practices and the ability to create customized solutions that meet complex business needs.
- Results Orientation: Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, employing a strategic approach to overcome obstacles and deliver expected outcomes.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering targeted long-term solutions that align with client requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Enthusiastic about technology and skilled at understanding and explaining complex concepts.
- Language Proficiency: Native English speaker (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
