BtoB Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing information about our digital services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to create targeted outreach materials for high-value prospects in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through warm lead calling and responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts using effective questioning to uncover needs.
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel, connecting them to appropriate sales personnel and arranging meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective engagement strategies for high-potential prospective users and client opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and payment options while advocating for new products and services through a consultative approach.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not lead to immediate sales opportunities to nurture and develop relationships.

Requirements:

  • Native in Italian and Fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Business acumen, with a deep understanding of business practices and the ability to create customized solutions that meet complex business needs.
  • Results orientation, with a high level of motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
