Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can ensure high-quality experiences for both people and businesses across the social media family of apps. As a Digital Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing digital content, such as videos, news stories, and social media profiles, and scoring it on various criteria like age-appropriateness, level of violence, and political transparency. You will apply client policies consistently and escalate any changes that may impact performance or KPIs.

You will also participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training to foster the well-being of yourself and the employee community. Additionally, you will adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements related to your work. To excel in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year of prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, with the ability to read and speak the language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
