Content Review Specialist

As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment for users of a globally recognized social media platform. Working with Cross Border Talents, your key responsibility will be to review and moderate digital content to ensure compliance with the platform's policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Content Moderation: Review and moderate content such as videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.
- Policy Enforcement: Apply platform policies to ensure digital content complies with community standards and terms of use.
- Issue Escalation: Report and escalate content issues or policy breaches to the appropriate channels.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication, empathy, and cultural awareness of political and social dynamics in the relevant market. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written, is essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Compensation & BenefitsYou can expect a total monthly income of approximately 1600 EUR (gross). This includes a base salary of 1450 EUR, lunch vouchers worth 85 EUR net, and a transportation allowance of 65 EUR gross. Additionally, you will receive a permanent contract, 14 salaries annually, private health care, and additional PTO for your birthday.
Relocation SupportCandidates moving to Thessaloniki may be eligible for relocation support, including transportation to Thessaloniki, accommodation assistance, and reimbursement of up to 350 EUR gross for a real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation.
