">Key Responsibilities:
- Content Moderation: Review user-generated content, ensuring compliance with platform rules and community standards.
- Policies Enforcement: Identify and act on content that breaches guidelines (e.g., hate speech, violence, harassment), enforcing platform rules effectively.
- User Safety: Help maintain a safe and positive digital space by resolving reported violations and content issues quickly and efficiently.
- Process Enhancement: Provide feedback to improve moderation processes, tools, and policies based on your daily work experience.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Use your deep understanding of Hebrew language and culture to review content in the right context and with appropriate sensitivity.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hebrew: Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English Proficiency: A strong command of English to communicate efficiently with your team and supervisors.
- Social Media Expertise: Well-versed in popular social media platforms, with a strong interest in online trends and current events.
- Attention to Detail: Able to follow platform policies closely and ensure all content meets the required standards.
- Critical Thinking: Capable of making thoughtful, quick decisions regarding content compliance with platform rules.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in content moderation or similar fields is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
