We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our team at Cross Border Talents. The ideal candidate will have 12 months or more of prior relevant people management experience, campaign/client management skills, sales, B2B, account management, consultative sales, and a strong analytical mindset.

The Sales Team Leader will provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of their team. They will implement escalation channels in accordance with mutually agreed upon procedures and lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition to build problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.

As a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, the Sales Team Leader will identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication. They will also establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and sharing results.

The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (C1 level) and strong written and verbal communication abilities. They will have a high-level understanding of customer confidentiality standards and a passion for the development of teammates.
