Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example: Motivate and guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their targets, creating a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Drive sales growth: Identify and engage potential clients, presenting our payment solutions as the ideal answer to their business needs.
- Foster relationships: Build strong connections with new and existing clients, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions that deliver real value.
- Collaborate for success: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients and to support their ongoing needs.
- Market insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions and keep your team ahead of the game.
