At Cross Border Talents, we're seeking an accomplished Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales initiatives and empower businesses with innovative payment solutions.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and drive meaningful change in the payment solutions landscape. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and steering them towards success with groundbreaking payment solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead with Passion: Foster a high-performance culture that encourages accountability and success.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Identify and engage potential clients, showcasing our partner company's payment solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Build Lasting Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that add real value.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences and ongoing support for clients.
We're looking for a self-starting individual with at least 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You should have fluency in German (C1) and English (B2), as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and inspire your team.
What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a base salary of €1,600 gross/month, permanent contract, lunch vouchers, transportation allowance, birthday bonus, private healthcare, and relocation support for eligible candidates.
Location and Relocation SupportThe role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece, and we offer relocation support to help you settle into your new life. This includes travel assistance, hotel accommodation, documentation help, and real estate assistance to find your new home.
