As a Team Leader with Serbian language expertise, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online community. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of content moderators in detecting and addressing breaches of community standards, terms of service, and legal obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough content analysis to identify potential issues and providing guidance to content moderators.
  • Offering constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and consistency in moderation decisions.
  • Establishing and refining quality assurance frameworks and documentation to monitor and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Training, and Product Development teams to streamline moderation processes and optimize tools.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes concerning content moderation.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Fluent English and Serbian language skills, with a strong emphasis on grammar.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a BPO or tech company environment.
  • Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with machine learning-based moderation tools and technologies is an advantage.
