Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in cold calling is a must).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluent in Greek and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and business development.
