We are a global company, and as an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor at Cross Border Talents, you will be the face of our brand in Athens, Greece. We are seeking a talented individual who can deliver top-tier customer support to our Italian-speaking users across various social media platforms.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who can communicate effectively with our clients in Italian and English. You will work closely with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and effective manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide accurate assistance to resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating genuine care and understanding.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for feedback and trends, providing insights to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
