We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sports Focused Customer Support Expert to join our team at Cross Border Talents. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports, excellent verbal and written skills in English, and the ability to work with various client personalities.

Job Description

This role involves interacting with customers through calls, chats, emails, and messages, ensuring their needs are met with top-notch service. You will handle incoming customer communications promptly and professionally, understand and address customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions, and accurately provide complete and reliable information using the provided tools.

The successful candidate will meet individual and team targets, including case handling KPIs, keep precise records of all interactions, and ensure smooth processing of accounts/documents. They will also follow company communication standards and policies to ensure excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around 1300-1200 EUR gross/month (hybrid/remote), plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15% annually and a loyalty bonus of 500 EUR gross after one year. Work Environment
