Job Title: Global Technical Support Expert - German & English

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technical Support Expert to join our team in Thessaloniki. As a key point of contact for clients, you will serve as a liaison between them and our partner company's technical support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support to clients via various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on the functionality and usage of our partner company's products, facilitating their understanding and effective utilization.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with engineering and product teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and product updates to provide relevant support to clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service in a technical context.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
