Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the Problem Solver: Offer technical support to clients, diagnosing issues and providing swift, effective solutions.
  • Engage and Assist: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience as you resolve their inquiries.
  • Empower Clients: Educate users on our partner company's products and services, helping them maximize their potential and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and product updates to provide informed support and advice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, with a solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • A customer-centric mindset, eager to help others and resolve their technical challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry advancements.
