Dedicated Italian Language Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Italian Language Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and multicultural team, providing exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking users across various social media platforms.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You will provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, engaging with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating genuine care and understanding for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers on products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer sentiment, and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum
