Results-Oriented Italian Customer Support Specialist for Cross Border Talents

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As an Italian speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Offer accurate information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance targets and improve service delivery standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian, with a good command of English, enabling effective communication with international clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise message conveyance.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support for our team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, focusing on finding solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work arrangements, including hybrid models and remote work opportunities.
Estimated Salary Range
€30,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, offering a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
