Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per annum

**Job Description:**

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Resolving customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Engaging with customers in a genuine and empathetic manner, showcasing excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure seamless resolution.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent in Italian (native or C1/C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Athens and collaborate with a multicultural team.
