Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Best Hire in Athens, Greece. As a Polish-speaking customer support specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking clients, providing top-notch support and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Polish-speaking customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
  • Update customer records in the system with detailed and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards.
  • Follow company protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.

About You:

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
