Customer Support Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our clients across the Greek market.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
- Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and account management, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating cases to appropriate departments as needed and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions provided, utilizing CRM software to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support is highly desirable, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
