Senior Technical Service Expert

As a leading outsourcing/BPO company, we are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support professional to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with us on a full-time basis.
We offer a competitive base salary for this position, which is commensurate with industry standards and location. Our remuneration package is designed to reward your skills, experience, and performance.
This role involves interacting with users through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. You will be responsible for analyzing user account setups and previous interactions to recommend solutions, troubleshooting technical questions, and escalating complex issues when necessary. Your strong communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to effectively communicate with users in their native language.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably B2B or B2C, and possess basic coding understanding with the ability to read code. They will also have demonstrated expertise in multi-channel customer support, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
