**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a vital member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for clients facing technical issues with our partner company's products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients through phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technical inquiries and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Assist clients in effectively utilizing our partner company's products, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product enhancements.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field, with a focus on troubleshooting and client service.
  • Proficiency in French (C1) and English (B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service in a technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset towards client needs.

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the team.

  • Transportation Allowance: Benefit from €65 gross monthly to assist with commuting costs.

**Eligibility Requirements:**

Candidates must be eligible to work within the EU, as our partner company is unable to issue a first-time visa due to local legislation.
