Customer Service Ambassador for Cross Border Talents

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Athens, Greece. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide Timely Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document Customer Records: Accurately update customer records in our system, maintaining accurate information for future reference.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Stay Updated on Products and Services: Maintain current knowledge of our offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Icelandic, Japanese, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, or Spanish.
- English Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English (B2 level or above) for internal communication.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: A problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional service.
- Basic Technical Skills: Ability to adapt to new software tools and technology.
