About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Spanish Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming user requests via telephone, email, and chat, providing high-caliber customer service, and promoting products to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, ensuring that they have the best possible experience.
- Log and follow up on orders or requests, capturing all required data elements in CRM as mandated by clients, policies, and products.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You should also be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
