This role offers a chance to work in the dynamic travel industry, providing exceptional support to French-speaking clients as they plan their journeys and navigate travel services.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary inquiries, and general travel-related questions.
- Provide expert guidance on travel packages, destinations, and logistics to enhance the overall travel experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to address and resolve booking issues.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, policies, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to system improvements based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for travel and helping others to create memorable experiences.
