Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently address inquiries, assist with order placements, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times during customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions to facilitate future improvements in service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to learn and grow within a collaborative and innovative team
