Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat communications regarding the streaming service.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and technical support for the streaming platform.
- Guide users through troubleshooting processes and provide effective solutions to enhance their viewing experience.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information regarding content updates, promotions, and service enhancements.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in online streaming and the platform's offerings to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and keep organized records for service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or technology sector is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle technical inquiries.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
