This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and dedicated to providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Offer outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription updates, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Provide guidance on content discovery, including recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and urgency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed on the latest company offerings, new releases, and product features to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to help enhance service quality and address recurring issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
- Familiarity with online streaming platforms and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
