Responsibilities- Offer outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to online shopping platforms.
- Assist customers with product information, order placements, payment issues, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the online shopping platform, product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance overall service efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle disputes and complaints with professionalism and positivity.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A genuine interest in online shopping and a passion for helping customers.
