We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Online Marketplace Platform Department. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking users of the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, product listings, transactions, and platform functionalities.
- Effectively resolve issues and complaints to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve platform offerings.
- Educate clients on platform features, policies, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
