Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding the online marketplace.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, order processing, and platform features.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve user experience and address any service issues.
- Stay informed about marketplace trends, policies, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within online marketplaces or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
