Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, transactions, and troubleshooting platform issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction through effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and improve user experience.
- Stay updated on platform features, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
