Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist users with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and platform features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve user experience and address recurring issues.
- Stay informed about the online marketplace trends and updates to provide effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A strong customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn about the online marketplace.
