Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with queries regarding the online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about marketplace trends and updates.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or in an online marketplace is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
