We are currently looking for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Marketplace Platform Department. This role is perfect for those who enjoy helping customers and are committed to delivering top-notch support to Nordic-speaking clients using our online marketplace.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking users of the online marketplace through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, product listings, and platform functionalities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain thorough records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and address complex customer needs.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and platform updates to provide informed assistance.
- Gather and report user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
