In this dynamic position, you will provide top-notch support to Nordic-speaking customers utilizing our online marketplace. You'll help them navigate our platform while ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Join us in leading the charge towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in the exciting world of online commerce
Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via various channels including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, ensuring they receive prompt and effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training sessions to improve service delivery.
Requirements

- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and e-commerce.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with excellent organizational skills.
