We are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Marketplace Platform Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce and are dedicated to providing exceptional assistance to Spanish-speaking customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account setup, product listings, transactions, and platform features.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address complex customer needs.
- Educate customers on platform features, policies, and best practices to maximize their usage of the marketplace.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of the platform and customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
