Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Learning and EdTech Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education technology and dedicated to providing exceptional support to learners in the Portuguese-speaking community.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational resources.
- Assist users with account setup, course navigation, and technical support for online learning tools.
- Provide guidance on course offerings and help clients select the best educational options to meet their needs.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's educational products and technology to provide accurate information and support.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to aid in service improvement and compliance.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall learning experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the EdTech or online education sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and technology is an advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
