Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, booking modifications, and general travel-related questions.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive the best travel options available.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner, aiming to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customers with accurate information regarding travel policies and offerings.
- Stay updated on travel trends, deals, and company promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive service records.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with online booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in travel and helping others craft their ideal travel experiences.
