This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation and dedicated to providing outstanding service to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about the latest aviation trends and updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer requests.
- Promote a positive image of the company by fostering professional and courteous interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for aviation and helping customers navigate their travel needs.
