Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Aviation Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for aviation and a commitment to providing excellent service to Finnish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight information, bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Provide support during the reservation process and help customers understand airline policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the aviation services and products offered by the department.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and follow up as necessary to ensure full resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
