This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the aviation industry and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to aviation services.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and provide detailed information about services offered.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on aviation industry regulations, services, and trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the company in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in aviation and a desire to assist customers in a dynamic environment.
