This role provides a unique chance to support customers in the aviation industry and work with a reputable organization committed to excellence.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and general assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and aviation offerings to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed service records.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for the aviation industry and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
