This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers in the aviation industry.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients in the aviation sector through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and general travel-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to inform customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
