Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the aviation sector through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, ticket bookings, cancellations, and general aviation-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aviation regulations, company policies, and available services to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback to support operational improvements.
- Promote positive customer relations and foster loyalty through effective communication and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the aviation or travel sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
