Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to aviation services, bookings, and travel information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and enhance customer experience.
- Engage in training to stay current with aviation products and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
