Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding car rental inquiries and reservations.
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring their needs are met.

- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about car rental procedures and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping clients.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the rental or travel industry, is an advantage.
